Major is almost like a ''main character''. Minor is not so important to the book. Andy Evans in considered as a Major character because he is the cause of why Melinda's is so depressed.

The major character shows up more often, very frequently, and are usually the person telling the story. Andy Evans is considered a major character, because he is shown frequently throughout the story.
